In my
1st EY interview I had taken pictures myself, and I didn't make it through. In my
2nd EY interview I had professional pictures and made it through to the very end.
I'm not saying there's a correlation between the two, as looking back now I was very under prepared for my 1st interview. I know pro pics are quite expensive, but I think it's
really worth doing from the very beginning. With a good set you can ask for a CD and use them over and over (of course the objective is to only use them once)
PLUS if you get the job you're going to have to get pro pics done anyway, so it may as well be sooner rather than later.
