Oh by the way the sim center deal is immpossible. The typerating in simcenter cost 12500usd, there not gonna give 10000usd commission.i know the owner and hes is too cheap to do anything like that. The eagle jet guys paid about 50000usd so there was much more room for commission for MR VC.
