Speculation of the future? For the workers, in the dark times till late, its gotta be a breath of fresh air. There is a lot of good drivers who have given their pound of flesh well above and beyond the call of duty. Both past and present drivers should be proud of the outcome, as you/we all have kept it going under the old regeme.
