"Actually every time i operate a domestic flight the passengers always know straight away its a long haul crew. They get their pre take off drinks well before door closure. They get their jackets off their laps well before the take off drink. The Take off drink is actually a full glass.
After take off the meal/drnks come out quickly and not 6 mins before top of decent.
LH crew are friendly and professional and in most cases so are SH crew that i know...but passengers do like the LH crew there is no doubt"
