Do you think maybe you're becoming just a little bit obsessive about this?
Seems kinda strange to me if you work for BA that you keep knocking the company on this public forum. I guess their
PR folks are doing their best in difficult circumstances, but you're doing your darndest to persuade potential customers on this high profile website not to believe them.
Wouldn't you like to see BA get over this problem as soon as possible and keep its customer base and win back any who got put off by this chaos?
