I have an Alinco DG-5 duel band transceiver. Had it for about 4 years and it still works as new. Cost about £450 when I got it, but I'm sure they are much cheaper now. Watch out though, as some of the handhelds don't transmit on the AIRBAND frequencys! they only receive.
