The temporary restriction has apparently now been lifted... the "Red Arrows" number no longer mentions it, and the current A8 bulletin (issued 12 SEP 1559 - see
http://www.ais.org.uk/filestor/A8CUR.txt ) no longer includes the restriction as above.
