Update
Here's the list of tests on the computer:
Aptitude test.
English test. (it's fairly easy, just put the right words in) It's on a College level English.
Aviation knowledge test. Not purely worded questions but also calculations. BY the way You do not get a CALCULATOR or any help items so better make sure you can do things without those. *you get pen and paper for this one*
Logical reasoning. Again this being in German made it somewhat difficult. Again not just words but also numbers. 5,6,9,14 the next number is?
Math, again no calculator but you do get pen and paper.
Perception, this one I believe was about noticing how many triangles, circles appeared on the screen. Displayed for 3 seconds, then you are asked how many etc were spotted. You get a shock at first cause you aren't expecting it. After that it's somewhat okay.
Second section: Mental Arithmatic, Memory, Multi tasking, Psych questionaire.
The hardest being multi tasking and mental arithmatic. The reason is that in the mental one the number appear individually which was a shock to me. They do not stay on the screen forever. They are displayed for 4 seconds or less.
7-5 plus 24 plus 3 appears: 7 alone.... then the next number etc.
Multi tasking has you doing what some companies do on the simulator. You sort of fly, answer questions and also monitor engine temperatures etc. All at the same time.
Bear in mind this is on a computer not the FNPT.
You do both sections on the same day then they will let everyone know how it went. They never use the same way of letting you know.
For those of you doing the Air Berlin interview... GOOD luck.. it's FAR HARDER!!
I'm thankfull I didn't go for it.
Yes Tyrolean has different tests etc.
My point is that Interpersonal is very understanding towards us. Letting us know what went wrong and why they can't let you through. In my case I'm very gratefull for the chance and at least I know I'm not far away from getting through. Mental calc and knowledge prep.
