Wasn't a BA Training Captain moving the flap lever though was it?
Can't think why the cabin crew weren't used to arriving and departing on time, we used to have 90% punctuality on the BHX 319 fleet. They must have forgotten what is was like to be on time when you boys took over with your permatech jets.
