OA used to be good. Not any more. I have a lot of friends flying for OA an the feedback i am getting is not good. Alot of maintenance issues and a very poor customer service (inflight and ground) are a huge problem right now. OA is extremelly overstaffed and now greek citizens are paying for it.
I loved flying with OA but my last 2 trips were a disaster. But attitude from both flight and cabin crew, arrogance and extremelly poor service.
Do you know that there are pilots in OA (ex 717 cpts) that they are still getting paide and havent flewn for over 2 years ? hard to believe but it's true. I would love to see OA to make money but with the current managment and their tactics I am afraid that it's not possible. Maybe selling OA is the best for Greece and their citizens.
