Terminal 3 at Changi opened recently.
Teething troubles? Zero
Passenger experience? Excellent.
A seamless transition from T2 operations.
How come it can't be done at Heathrow? It's an absolute disgrace.
I thank God I wasn't having to go through that airport in the last few days.
