Littlebird, seems to me (i.e. just my opinion) that they seem to be going for those with around 250-350 hours TT with MECIR + ATPLs at the moment, based on various posts so far. Maybe the theory is these guys/girls are reasonably fresh off their training and they are current with everything etc? I've got 750+ TT / 100+ ME, with ATPLs and MECIR (not current admittedly) and not even a peep - haven't even been asked to do the online psych quiz. Won't mention my age but I'm gen X not Y
