They are being charged with the Fed law relating to endangering an aircraft or some such worded charge. It carries nice BIG penalties and we'll hopefully teach a lesson to these clowns. The interesting thing is the ages of the offenders, don't quote me but none were under 34 and one was over 50. Can't wait to hear the excuses.
