Well there are 3 recruitment campaigns running simultaneously for a start. It's been a good decade since that last happened. Resourcing are running flat out, so it would be best to keep distractions to a minimum. Turnaround time can be anything from same day to a fortnight but it pretty much a random thing, there is no set pattern. It just depends on the caseload allocations among the resourcing agents.
