It would be wrong to characterise NetJets as either of these things since the similarities are only superficial - similar type of aircraft maybe but very different jobs and different types of organisations. Strange thing is, even given it's unique nature, people from all sorts of backgrounds find what they have been looking for in a job. Still not perfect but we seem to be getting there.
