Whatever anyone thinks, every airline in Europe is watching this dispute and its outcome.
If BA succeed then you can bet your bottom dollar that the bottom line for pilot pay and conditions will fall further and faster than they are at the moment.
If I were starting out then BA may not be my first choice, clearly bluepilot has that choice, he/she is a lucky person
