Maybe the USAF would be happy to come and fly some circuits in a AC-130.
That could certainly give them a surprise response on the ground.
Failing that a Kamikaze pilot if you can find one.
Finally any heavy object through their roof.
I mean what are they going to do....."officer it came from the aircraft I was shining me spotlight at!!!!"
I imagine it's pretty much impossible to get a finger print off a cinder block.
