In career terms, Airlink is an airline where you gain the experience and then move on. It is not a career airline and probably never will be. The fact is, if you are sitting here considering Airlink, then you should be considering career and not finances.
A lot of people here would do well to get onto something like the 146 and get the jet time irrespective of how much the training bond is. All airlines have bonds and they are a part of how a company protects itself.
A couple of points about a training bond. You do not have to pay it when you walk out the door. You can offer to pay them off. The bond and any interest they may charge is tax deductible. You simply have to decide if the next job is worth the sacrifice.
