Well done, Phantomwray! I did half my PPL training in Canada (in Shearwater, near Halifax NS) and know just how tough the written side of the study is! I was really impressed with the Candian PPL Training - I got as far as second solo and did about 3.5 hrs full spin training (which we don't get here in the UK). That has saved me once from being a big hole in the ground.. .. .I worked in NS for 2 years and frequently travelled on business to Calgary, where our customer was. Also managed several trips to Banff / Sunshine along the way! I still feel tempted to come back and do some flying in the Rockies as I'm so envious of you with the scenery that you have as your backdrop!. .. .Enjoy your flying career, whether you stay private or go commercial; don't just let it shrivel up and die - do exciting things with it!. . . . <small>[ 26 March 2002, 08:06: Message edited by: CircuitBasher ]</small>
