I'm happy here so far. The company has its issues but no worse than anywhere else I've worked.
They will work out with you when to come out. I went the day before and got a good nights rest. Some guys went out two days before. You can choose to stay a couple extra days if you want at your own expense, otherwise you go home either the night after your final interview or the next day.
