I think what he's saying is that an invoice only needs to be raised if you don't pay on the day.
Either way it's good news. I've specifically avoided Norwich due to the ludicrous landing fees. Now if only Cranfield (who still haven't pulled their heads out of their arses and got a DME) would do something similar...
