Sorry guys and gals,
i forgot two pieces of information.
The first, you are required to wear a suit everyday, including ties so i guess take a few shirts and just use the same pants, one guy on our course just wore his suit for the three days!!!
Secondly, the group excercises are still there, they havent gone away!! i did mine on the second day, it was the first thing we did on day two. You get split up into groups, there were 4 of us in my group. The group excercises were there to see how you re-act and also interact with others, especially others with the same personalities, pilots being so extroverted, its always interesting to see the dynamics!!! Just be yourself and try not to be overpowering, work together to get through the tests, always have aplan to work through and solve each problem, have someone look after the timing as well as they are all timed.
