My support to all BA pilots on the open skies negotiations
Hello everyone and specially to all BA pilots. From Spain and I suppose great part of the world we are following the negotiations of you guys on the matter. I just want to express my greatest support for you, and hope an agreement can be reached that defends your interests.
It is not just for the wellbeing of Balpa, but for all the unions in the world to see Balpa succeed. This tug of war is and will be seen more and more offen everyday in our airlines. It is of our interest to not let any of this materialize and to see our fellow british colleagues securing their future.
As McAuslan said; "If BA was to succeed in its plan, this would have enormous consecuences for the whole of unions around the world", as more and more airlines would feel comfortable in doing similar or worst things.
