THE airline which operates the vital North-South link is on track to double passenger targets as its website goes tri-lingual.
Highland Airways hopes translating its website into Welsh and Scottish Gaelic will allow more customers to book flights online using their own language.
Launching the new website the airline’s commercial director Basil O’Fee revealed the service between Anglesey Airport and Cardiff has already carried 11,700 passengers.
That is nearly 5,000 more than the airline hoped to carry in the first year...with flights running at over 80% capacity.
Not bad for its first year. And with recent surveys being done on the route by the Assembly, here's hoping for some expansion.
