Are you BA chaps confident that your workforce will stick together in the event of a strike? Last time round you caved in after a much higher percentage of pilots voted for strike action, with much more clear cut and pressing issues. Why will it be any different this time round?
WW is a sharp cookie. If the High Court Injunction fails and BA Management refuse to back down, I would assume they are confident that they can defeat the strikers.
I would be quizzing my BALPA reps VERY closely in the run up to any action.
