Glad you're getting a second opinion, cos this guy sounds like a loon! The systems in most GA aircraft now require mininal physical strength, and anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong.
Did he mention the fact that you're disabled as a reason for your failure, or was it purely a matter of strength?
