Thanks for correcting my error. You are correct, new hire FOs are paid more in $ terms than under previous EBA, when retention bonus is included. Figures are:

FO under previous EBA $84,579.60 (narrow body)
New hire FO under new Agreement $84,648.42 (narrow body) (with retention bonus included)
