Some back brief paper is floating round from the recent CAS Conference - AMP clearly said that the funding for 'People Issues' will come from re-balancing of the eqpt budget. If that happens then great and that is why we should put our cynical views to one side and at least contribute. You never know it may actually make a difference!!
