I don't know if you're at Swinburne, but we did Aviation Legal Framework there and it won't really help you with CPL/ATPL Airlaw at all, but does give you a good idea about the legal system and how it all works.
It is more about how the regulatory bodies (CASA/ASA) formed and looking at different legal cases within the industry. I can't remember if you use CAO's etc. but I remember there was a specific textbook for it and it is open book exam so quite easy to pass, and we were taught by Judge Judy
