Want to make the folks happy..easy; just increase the basic by 10 to 20% and give the crew a annual increase that match with the reality of the situation in Doha..!!!(instead of this ridiculous 3%
) or at least a good bonus every year, and a good end of service benefit wich may motivate the people to stay here longer!
