In answer to Paarmo's concerns:

Sadly it boils down to two main issues. One is the aircraft based there is not the best in terms of work needed on it. However it isn't the worst by any means and there are many many more out there who have much more problems. The second and by far the most significant is that MME only has one jet (of GSPN) based there. If that goes wrong then of course the operation is compromised. There is time taken waiting for another Jet to come from Scotland, and obviously all this takes time.

Now of course a customer is entitled to think; 'Not my problem mate, I'll go elsewhere.....' and of course who can blame them? Before you know it you have a vicious circle, in that a company will only expand if it achieves more business and a customer will only give more business if one becomes more reliable blah blah blah..

As previously mentioned this BMI thing looks like it might make things interesting. Frankly I can't see this happening but often we have all been proved wrong.
