It looks like bmi are in talks to purchase Flyglobespan, meaning if it goes ahead we'll probably fall back into the hands of bmibaby, and since it was the current MD of bmibaby who decided to pull-out of MME last time around, chances are, he'll do the same again, unless:

1) Our management can sweet-talk WW into staying (VERY unlikely)
2) Flyglobespan have made a reasonably good profit at MME (strongest possibility of the 3, but unfortunately, still unlikely)
3) bmibaby regretted pulling out (unlikely)

Personally, I'd love to get WW back - it would mean a return of the likes or Cork/Newquay/Paris - routes which we've failed to replace since they left that we badly need, but I ain't holding my breath. If this is true, our only hope will lie with Ryanair.

Regards.
