That guy is Alan Sazbo. One of the best 5 in the world concerning R/C heli flying. It's not flying that's tricky, it's all about orientation in space. I had to overcome my problems, starting with hovering nose in, than left right positions. Getting to those manouvers takes years of practice and some 1000€ in damaged parts...
