What is the problem with Globespan aircraft. They all look quite modern from the outside. I have flown in two real clunkers recently from Air Europa which was falling to pieces on the inside and a Finnair plane on charter to My Travel which was also very worn and both performed perfectly in the mechanical stakes. ( Why is it that Finnish appears to consist of 20 letter words apparently with letters in no recognisable order. I found this out on a 4 1/2 hour flight with no entertainment system working only a graphic showing our global position in Finnish showing on the screens ) Is it poor maintenance, bad driving by the pilots or just bad luck? Whatever it is it reflects poorly on their performance and certainly deters me from travelling with them which cuts down on the choice of MME as a departure airport.
