1. the AFM--- Departure Climb Gradients, all engines operating
I have never seen an AFM with ALL ENGINE OPERATING data.

will have a 15% distance margin---that will allow an aircraft to meet the AEO perf. segments anyways.
Can you give me a reference for the 15% value.
