It takes training and considerable experience to provide the service that JCCC does now, not just with the compassionate cases but also with the more complex and demanding casualty ones, which often require JCCC's action for a protracted time. I cannot speak too highly of the dedication and sheer professionalism of the staff there, who frequently put in time and effort above and beyond. The majority wouldn't move - their homes and families are local to Innsworth. Worth their weight in diamonds, every one.
