This whole "and" and "or" even confuses the CAA as well. I heard guys were sent away because they dont have the 500 hours Mulit crew thing..but had plenty of B200 time...
Them AAC clowns don't even know whats potting. In the instructor renewal section a Grade II instructor has to complete 10hrs of "instrument" flying in the preceeding 12 months (go figure)

Refering to the poor chaps being sent away it just the norm however it is on the CAA website in one of the MANY pdf files
