I think the owner of G DRAM posts here from time to time. Having a look through !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came across this photo of G DRAM
http://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/photo/Reims...ims/1333276/L/ and wondered what the two trailing cables just to the rear of the mainwheels were. Are they anti static discharge wicks or a mooring cable that has slipped off the float - or something else. No particular reason for asking - just curiosity.
