Sorry to disagree
BP above 160 systolic 90 diastolic is normally the point at which it's considered to be borderline to high. If it does not go down, even when the person is resting - i.e. in bed, then I agree it will probably require medical attention, but most peoples' presure does fluctuate. I also agree that anything with a diastolic reading of constatly over 100 requires medical attention. However, I stand by my original statement that Garlic, (or rather the by product allicin CAN help those with a tendency towards high BP
