High BP is not much of a problem as long its treatable. If I remember correctly, 160/85 is the 'failure mark' for the Class I (Just call the CAA Medical Dept).
Betablockers are ok as long as it is NOT Propanolol. So get down to your GP and grab something like Atenolol.
Don't worry about it and relax when they take the BP reading.......
