While I realize that many questions have been asked regarding the preparation for the EK interview and "being oneself" always floats to the top, does anyone have any knowledge what can be expected of the 'revised' interview process? I am particularly interested in the computerized aptitude test (compass???), how much weight is being put on it and how best to prepare for it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
You can't really prepare for it, but it is actually quite easy. It tests hand/eye coordination, reaction, multi tasking etc. So, you either have those or you don't...
Don't sweat over it, just read the instructions carefully (There are 5 or 6 individual tests that make up the Compass Test portion) and make sure you understand them before you start the actual test.
