Ah. The Microsoft Fiddler may help. It's a freeware web debugging proxy which logs all http/https traffic between your computer and the Internet. You can inspect all traffic, set breakpoints, and "fiddle" with incoming or outgoing data.

There's also a list of other useful "toys" on the Get Fiddler page.
