I can assure you there is no short sightedness here mate. I only pointed out that the add stated net as opposed to gross and also various additional benefits making AUD 29,530 a resonable salary IF LIVING IN CHINA.
and saves about USD $1700 a month
Hell, I am on reasonable coin for an Aussie GA company and I cant do this here......

Of course if you are supporting a family staying in Australia or other financial commitments then this is more then likely not for you.

Pilot shortage yes, and we finally have the upper hand for T&C negotiations, but you have to keep it real. A 500 hour pilot can not IMO demand a tripple figure salary, no matter where they go.
