you probably haven't got anything really, really nasty. It might, however, be a good idea to have a blood test done in case you have developed an allergy to those nasty little creatures the housedust mites, it can strike at any age and if you are currently spending more time at home it could well be a reason. Please reassure whoever cleans your house that the presence of these little horrors is absolutely NO reflection on their standard of cleanliness.
