Rent in any suberb worth living in is on average $375/week or $19,500/year. So already you have an annual income in Aust dollars of between $45,129.50 and $49,029.00

Now add what ever tax you wont to it, but either way I doubt you would of got this sum as a grade 3 four years ago in Australia.
