Beijing PanAm International Aviation Academy is the first privately owned flight school and the first approved flight school in China.
BPIAA currently has its main base in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China. BPIAA currently has over 400 students, 60 instructors, 61 aircraft, and 5 level 5 FTDs. BPIAA has the best flight training facilities in China. 4 satellite bases are now open, and at least 1 other will be opened early this year. BPIAA will have the largest fleet of Diamond aircraft in the world. DA40s and DA42s equipped with G1000, 1 KingAir B200 and 2 CJ1.

Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 4 flight instructor rating with single-engine privilege.
First Class Medical.
Preferred Qualifications: Grade 3 flight instructor rating with instrument and multi-engine privilege, 500 hours flight time. 100 hours dual given.

Company pays full salary during training and pays all costs of training and testing in China. $27,600USD per year salary. Company paid health insurance. Company pays all Chinese taxes. Free accommodation. Free uniforms. Low living expenses. Instructors staying for second term make $36,000USD per year salary. Extra compensation for senior instructors.
