I know that JQI are very short on experienced crew to fill CSM positions and I can't believe they did not accept you. Pay is not too bad for CSMs and they really need people with International experience. There are some very young CSMs flying with JQI at present so I don't think age is an issue. As such, I am at a loss as to why they didn't hire you. Maybe bigger and better things are in store for you!
