The incident that I am making reference to happened in YYZ last
summer. Aircraft was parked at the gate. Capt released the park brake
before the aircraft was connected to the tug and the aircraft rolled backwards into ground equipment.
Incorrect. The aircraft
WAS connected to the tug. The aircraft park brake was released and then the aircraft and tug rolled.
