You need ten hours of what? Pilot in command? Instrument? Instruction? What?

Do you have any experience in a King Air 200?

I don't know what they let you do in NZ, but I can tell you in the states you wouldn't be touching the airplane with less than 1,500 hours, and insurance would insist that you hit an initial course at Flight Safety International, Simuflite, or another simulator based training facility where you'll learn the airplane and it's systems.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
