Not that simple I'm afraid.

We have been living in a hotel for the last year so address is

null and void wrt registering in said EU country for tax purposes.
( no utility bills etc) You will get taxed by GB (bless him) regardless of how long you stay in the country you are operating out of. And if you are operating into the UK from whichever country you are supposedly "residing" in, you get a double shafting!

This is going to cost me dearly
